Golden

Here we go with an inside view of our private villa at The Bale boutique resort. Imagine my excitement when I saw the day deck bed by the pool – something I have never experienced before! And oh how comfy it was! So comfy that every evening as we settled in to watch couple of sneaky episodes on the iPad and talk about the day that we had I struggled to stay awake for longer than half an hour. Something about the fact that the real bedroom bed was standing outside by the water made it absolutely the best thing ever to relax after a long day.

In this shoot I am wearing a golden OndadeMar bikini which I think matches the grand decor of the villa perfectly. It also felt like a perfect setting for my body harness to come into the scene as well as the irreplaceable Seafolly hat which I was wearing every day while in Bali.

While staying in The Bale we got to explore the Nusa Dua area a bit better, found some great places to eat and shop (The Bali Collection centre) and got a chance to observe the local surroundings. I have noticed that majority of people use cars or scooters rather than walking to get to places. All the places we stayed at also offered a driver service which was very convenient. We just had to tell where to drop us and when to pick up and the car was always waiting for us. You see, Bali has no public transportation so taxis and scooters are the best way for getting around.
