Here it is, the post that I couldn’t wait any longer to share with you! It’s all about the new tatoo that I got a week ago. So here is my story.

I have always been a big fan of tattoos and got my first one 4 years ago. Back then I thought that I might stop at just one, but as the time went I became more and more certain that one more just can’t hurt nobody. There aren’t too many places on the body that I think look good and stylish on girls, but wrists were definitely amongst them. Also as my other tattoo can mostly be visible while in bikini (so quite rarely) I wanted something more obvious this time. So after I was certain that I am ready for a new tattoo I started researching the best tattoo studios in London. And that is how I learned about New Wave Tattoo located in Muswell Hill and my tattoo date was booked.

So what did I decide to get and why? I wanted to have a motivational saying tattooed that would inspire me every time I looked at it as well as remain relevant for years to come. And that’s how I came up with ‘Go Forever Forward’ which I decided to write in Hawaian language which I find so positive and beautiful that it just felt right. It took me a while to get the translation confirmed by Hawaian-speakers which was very important (as no one wants to end up with something like Sour Chicken written on themselves, haha).

My tattoo was done by one of the best artists in London, Lal Hardy, and according to Time’s Out interview with him, he is ‘the man who tattooed London’. Think of your favourite football stars and musicians – there is a great chance that their tattooes were done by Lal. So I knew that I am giving my wrist into the most professional hands. And I am so happy with the result! It came out as thin and delicate as I was hoping for it to be. And for this I am so thankful!

Really looking forward to living with it now as it still feels very new and surprises me every morning. And as for now I think I am done with tattooes, but this is what I said 4 years ago too:)

This is so cute.. I’ve been wanting a second tattoo for a while now (like you my first is on my hip so isn’t somewhere people can see easily). Reading this is making me want to get another tattoo even more! 🙂

That’s cute. So far, I have one behind my ear, one on my rib, one in the sternum/ underboob area, one on the upper part of my arm, one on my forearm, one on my hip, and one in the inside of my foot. My next one that I plan to get in the next 1-3 months will be on the top of my thigh. Some are pretty big and only like 2 are small.
