Luxembourg City

This a second post out of three that we’ve shot in Luxembourg. I have already shown you our hotel room and gala dinner here and now I’d like to introduce you to Luxembourg City.

On Saturday we had a free afternoon to go and explore the beautiful Luxembourgish surroundings. What a lovely and unique city! As you will see in these pictures it’s mostly old buildings located on several levels with a lot of bridges and caves. I have never seen anything like this before. Some buildings are actually built into the caves! Luxembourg has a population of 590.000 (according to Wikipedia) so it’s nowhere near as busy as London. Still you can see a lot of tourists especially in the very centre of the city. It has a great variety of restaurants and shops too. We’ve explored both:)

I chose a very comfortable and very ‘me’ outfit for the day. It was actually a bit too warm to wear a leather jacket but with clouds coming and going I wanted to make sure that I won’t be caught off guard if the temperature suddenly drops. My favourite part of this look was my Guess arm-party consisting of their denim watch and a bracelet. That watch is literally on my wrist every day!
