LFW Retreat

If you follow me on Instagram you have probably noticed that I spent all day today getting pampered at #LFWRetreat. You might wonder what exactly all of this was all about. It’s basically a pre London Fashion Week treat to bloggers, models and other fashion industry movers and shakers where several beauty, hair and spa brands come together under one roof to provide their pampering services. I am so happy and grateful for this invitation and wanted to show you guys how my day at Red Bull Studio (which is where it all happened) went.

So I started with a luxe oil hair treatment and blow dry by Sebastian Professional which made my hair extra shiny and super healthy looking. And lucky me to get a fringe trim too as it was already reaching a point of completely covering my eyes.

I then got a face mapping skin analysis from Dermalogica. I’ve never done it before and it’s super quick, easy and efficient. I was also prescribed some great products to target my skin needs. There was a lovely atmosphere all throughout the day. Everyone was getting beautified, sharing their excitement and experience. I couldn’t resist a couple of pizza slices while waiting for my next appointment and tried to compensate this guilty pleasure with some mango and berry smoothies. Next thing I’ve done was my nails. I chose to do shellac as it will last me all the way through fashion week. It’s actually my favourite manicure when it comes to long-lasting procedures. It looks no different from a regular nail polish and it’s so liberating to not have to worry about chipped varnish.It was then time to sit down for a 15 minutes energy boosting back, shoulders and neck massage. Oh my it was heavenly! I did tell the lovely lady from Spa & Massage salon that her hands were magical and I completely forgot where I was during the treatment. And finally my day at #LFWRetreat came to an end with the last beautifying session from Pixi by Petra make up artist who gave me a lovely natural smokey eyes followed by some lash extensions from Eyelure. And voila that was it! Probably the longest pampering session ever! Could I please have it every week?
