Pyrgos. Santorini

Hey everyone! I’m so excited to share the next Santorini post with you. This was shot during our first full day on the island in the town of Pyrgos. This is where my first impression of Santorini was created and, trust me, it was a beautiful one! I’ve been so excited to finally see the famous white streets and blue domes and, honestly, I couldn’t stop taking pictures! I had no idea that an entire town can be so ‘instagrammable’ and photogenic.

Santorini is a small island and going from town to town is really quick. We hired a little jeep and started exploring early in the morning. Don’t know how, but I didn’t realise that Santorini has so many mountains, hills and super narrow roads. Being a scaredy cat I was not the best car buddy while driving up the mountain 😀 The weather stayed amazing throughout our entire stay (around +25 – +27) which feels GREAT in October. I think middle of Autumn is a pretty good time to visit Greek Islands. I can imagine that it gets quite hot in the Summer. Oh and the food! It was amazing! I had Greek salad with every meal 😀
