Hi guys! How is your Christmas spirit? Are you already feeling festive? I surely do, as London is looking magical this season and it’s impossible not to admire all the beautiful decorations on the streets. As I have already started buying some Christmas presents for my friends and family and started thinking about my upcoming holidays at home, I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to share some of our special family Christmas and New Year’s Eve traditions with you. I have teamed up with Crew Clothing Company to show you how I celebrate ‘Christmas A Little Different’.

Shopping for gifts is definitely a big part of my Christmas preparations, and London is probably one of the best places in the world for it. Unlike a lot of other people, I actually don’t stress while doing it and I enjoy the process! Windows and stalls shopping is the first part on my shopping journey and I prefer to do it in warmth and comfort. That’s why this Crew Clothing Company coat and sweater were a perfect choice!

After I finish gift shopping I go back home to Lithuania and the true holidays season starts. We have quite a few traditions that I believe are unique to our family. One of them is that we always decorate the Christmas tree on the actual day of the celebration – that way the day becomes even more special and happy! We also take time to write all the bad things that happened in our lives that year and burn those pieces of paper so that all that negativity never repeats. We have been doing it for many years now and I believe it really works! And after the serious part is done, it’s time for a big celebration with lots of food (some dishes are same every year and some are new), music and festive TV programmes. Christmas is such a cosy and bright holiday to me that these cute Crew Clothing Company slippers and knit are exactly what I intend to wear this year.

And so I have my fingers crossed for the white Christmas and wish you happy upcoming holidays!

Slippers like those are a MUST for me every Winter and I always get a new pair each year. 🙂 I also love a good quality, warm sweater like this one that you’re wearing.
