Good morning friends! Happy new week to all of you! I am in the middle of packing for a week in the sunny Mauritius! (!!!!!!) I am going on a press trip with a couple of other bloggers tonight and I can’t describe how excited I am! I never even dreamed of ever going to such exotic and far away place! I will do my best to update my blog straight from there so come back during this week for, what I hope will be, stunning pictures!
But for now, I am so happy to share the post that we shot in Siena, Italy last week. As you probably already know, I flew to Siena last Monday to meet Patrik (who was working there over the last weekend) to celebrate his birthday! We both have never been to Siena before and we absolutely loved it! Tuscany is such a wonderful place, with the prettiest landscapes and cutest towns. It reminded me of Florence actually. We stayed literally 5 metres away from an incredible Cathedral that you’ll see in these pictures! What a location!
Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, with some occasional rain, it didn’t ruin our experience at all. We spent our time exploring Cathedral and museums and indulged into Italian food. Whenever I am in Italy I am amazed at how much good food you get for a really good value! All the cold cuts, cheeses and pastas… Yum!
Will be going back to packing now! Follow my journey on Snapchat if you are interested at all (username: JULIALUNDINBLOG).
